Who can use PencilPop
You must be 18 or older (or have a parent's or guardian's permission) to make an account or buy anything. PencilPop is made for parents, guardians and teachers to use with children.
Your account
You can log in with your email and password, a 6-digit code we email you, or Google. Keep your password and your email account safe, because anyone with them can log in. You're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.
Worksheets and how you can use them
All worksheets, designs and content on PencilPop belong to TruCore Global LLC. When you download a worksheet (free, bought, or with VIP), you get a personal license to:
- Print and use it as many times as you like for your own family, or
- Print copies for your own students in your own classroom or homeschool group.
You may not sell, share, upload, post online, or give away the files (or edited versions of them), or use them in a product or paid service. Please send others to PencilPop instead.
Buying single worksheets
Prices are shown in US dollars, and any sales tax is included in the price. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. To check out, log in or create a free PencilPop account. After you pay, your sheets are saved in My collection in your account, and we won't let you pay twice for a sheet you already own.
Sheets you buy vs. VIP
- Sheets you buy are yours to keep. You may use and print them under the license above for as long as you like, even if you never join or later leave VIP.
- VIP is access, not ownership. VIP is like a library pass: you may download and use every worksheet only while your membership is active. When it ends, your license to VIP-only sheets ends too, so please don't keep printing new copies of them. Sheets you bought on their own aren't affected.
- Please save your files. You can download sheets you bought from your account while PencilPop is operating. We recommend saving the PDFs to your own device. If we ever plan to close the site, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email so you can download your sheets.
VIP membership
- VIP is $9.99 per month or $79 per year, and gives you access to every worksheet while your membership is active.
- VIP renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. We'll charge the payment method you used.
- You can cancel anytime in My account β Manage membership. You keep VIP until the end of the time you already paid for. After that, you'll still be able to download the free sheets and any sheets you bought.
- If we ever change VIP prices, we'll tell you ahead of time, and the new price starts at your next renewal.
Refunds
Because worksheets are digital downloads you get right away, sales are generally final. But if a file won't open, something's wrong with your order, or you were charged by mistake, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you. Membership renewals aren't refunded for partly used months or years, but you can cancel anytime so you're not charged again.
Free sheets, newsletter and gifts
Free worksheets and newsletter gifts follow the same use rules above. We may change which sheets are free at any time. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter anytime.
Using the site the right way
Please don't try to break, overload, copy or scrape the site, get around downloads or payments, or use someone else's account. We may close accounts that break these terms.
Our worksheets are for learning, not a guarantee
We work hard to make great worksheets, but PencilPop is provided "as is." We don't promise specific learning results, and we're not responsible for how worksheets are used. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and if it's a big change, we'll let you know on the site or by email. Using PencilPop after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms follow the laws of the State of California, USA.
